Diabetic Special Honey Grapefruit with Banana Recipe


Looking for Tangy Fruit Salad? Try this Honey Grapefruit Banana Recipe that is perfect for breakfast and look colorful. Enjoy the sweet minted fruits with spicy omelet.

Ingredients



1 Cup Red grapefruit
1 Cup Sliced banana 
1 Tablespoon Chopped mint 
1 tablespoon Honey

Directions

  • Reserve ¼ cup of grapefruit and drain juice with the remaining amount
  • Place the grapefruit slices, juice, banana, chopped mint and remaining honey in a bowl
  • Toss them gently and have it immediately
